Create Common Good is a food-service training program is designed for individuals with barriers to employment. They are passionate about helping others find job security and self-sufficiency through training and placement assistance. Their client base includes refugees and immigrants, those exiting domestic violence situations, individuals with addictions or past incarceration, and the homeless.

Youthworks! is a six-week job readiness program offered by Idaho Youth Ranch for young people aged 16 and older who are still enrolled in high school. Join other Treasure Valley students on a fun and knowledgeable first-time job experience that combines hands-on retail training and skill building workshops. Apply now–and get paid!
